Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages after shipment. However, we’ll gladly assist you in communicating with the carrier and provide any necessary details to help resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every product you receive. If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly send a replacement package—no hassle, no extra cost.
Because our products are natural consumables, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened. Your satisfaction and wellness are our top priorities.
