  • Due to the natural and perishable nature of our products (herbs, teas, sea moss, supplements), we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
